I spent this morning touring round the Luberon valley. The picture shows the village of Rousillon- just one of the gorgeous little towns in this area. Sadly the weather is still rubbish. The sky was grey, flat and rather oppressive. The landscape must be breathtaking when bathed in the more usual golden light.
Speaking of weather, it seems I got off lightly the other night. The winds whipping round my tent were playing merry havoc along the Cote d’Azure. I see this bad weather is occurring all over Europe. I wonder if the storm clouds have been seeded by the ash from the Icelandic volcano?
